Alexa Venetz

Director of First Impressions

Alexa brings four years of experience in digital marketing, where she has developed a strong foundation in communication, organization, and creating positive client experiences. As the Director of First Impressions in our San Antonio office, she is passionate about ensuring every interaction is welcoming, thoughtful, and seamless. Currently, Alexa is completing her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing at the University of Arizona, with an expected graduation in 2026.

Originally from New York, Alexa grew up in a military family and had the opportunity to live in several states, including Florida and North Carolina. These experiences shaped her adaptability and genuine appreciation for building connections with people from all walks of life. She has proudly called Texas home for over a decade.

Alexa lives in Texas with her fiancé and young son, who inspire her daily to lead with purpose and positivity. Outside of the office, she enjoys staying active through Pilates, traveling to new places, and spending quality time with friends and loved ones.
